It founds an Esoteric Studies Department at the Lethal Magnet School for Wayward Youth; then rests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith this,\u201d says the demiurge, \u201cI will brand the world with the image of myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It does not bother with petty hiring decisions. Those are left for its eternal enemy. Its eternal enemy hires many Professors of various sorts and feeds them into the demiurge\u2019s maw.<\/p>\n<p>Then the eternal enemy wises up!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHey,\u201d says its eternal enemy. \u201cHey. We could actually do something good here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo,\u201d says the cruel demiurge.<\/p>\n<p>It is resting.<\/p>\n<p>It does not want to do anything good. It is a creature of blind folly. It is a manifestation of that awful crawling chaos that wears masks of Zero Tolerance, No Child Left Behind, and, in Brentwood, the Esoteric Studies Department.<\/p>\n<p>That is why its eternal enemy deposes it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am going to hire this new guy,\u201d its eternal enemy says. \u201cThis, um,or something. Then I\u2019m going to <em>not<\/em> feed him into your maw.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAw, man,\u201d says the cruel demiurge.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInstead, he\u2019ll have to teach!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The cruel demiurge twitches this off like it would a fly. It sleeps. It ignores the wickedness of its eternal enemy.
